2022 VENDOR FEES

Not-for-profit: $10.00

For-profit: $40.00

Please complete the registration form so that we can gather the necessary information from you to process your registration.
Payment will be requested electronically once your registration has been received. Please contact connect@graftonpride.com if other arrangements are necessary.
All registrations will be reviewed by Grafton Pride within 5 days in order to ensure compliance with our Vendor Requirements. In the unlikely event that your registration is rejected, all registration fees will be refunded to you in full, minus processing fees.
Unless this application is initially rejected by Grafton Pride, no refunds shall be granted for any reason, including event cancellation or vendor withdrawal.
There will be a $15 fee for returned checks. If you pay by check and it is returned, payment will be required via money order for the original registration fees plus the $15 fee. We appreciate your understanding of this policy.

VENDOR REQUIREMENTS

All materials deemed offensive by Grafton Pride will not be permitted to be sold or displayed. Please keep “adult-oriented material” out of view of minors.
All Vendors and employees are expected to monitor themselves on all matters of conduct, attire, etc. We are not about censoring, but this is a "family event" and minors will be present. Please help us build our reputation as a truly family-friendly event.
Vendor is responsible for paying all fees, and obtaining all permits required by any federal, state or local governmental entity, including, but not limited to, the Town of Grafton. Grafton Pride is not responsible for the collection or submission of any such governmental fees.
Grafton Pride assumes no liability for Vendors or their invitees or licensees within or around Vendor’s allotted area.
Vendors shall not display, offer for review, or sell any illegal or contraband items. The laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and local ordinances of the Town of Grafton shall control. Vendors shall not display, offer for review, or sell any items that are unlicensed and/or copies/interpretations of licensed or registered items at any or all sites and operations of Grafton Pride.
Vendors are required to unload items for their booth by 11:30AM, be ready for customers by 12:00PM, and agree to not clean up until 6:00 PM. Food Vendors are permitted to stay until 8:00 PM. No Vendor may “leave early” without the express permission of Grafton Pride.
Vendors must plan to secure their canopy to appropriate weights to prevent movement during wind or other inclement weather. Failure to secure canopies could result in injury and therefore, this requirement must be adhered to. Vendors not using a canopy should evaluate and implement whatever measures are necessary to ensure that their booth is secure. No stakes may be used on Grafton Common to secure canopies or signs.
No material may be tied to any tree, post, or structure on Grafton Common
Any organization that breaks the terms and conditions of a Grafton Pride event, or who is a no-show at a Grafton Pride event without notice, will not be considered for participation at future Grafton Pride events. If you must withdrawal your participation for any reason, please ensure that you provide notice to Grafton Pride to avoid issues participating in the future.
Businesses/Organizations that do not agree with the mission of Grafton Pride will not be considered for participation at any Grafton Pride event and may be refused participation if the aforementioned disagreement is not discovered until after initial acceptance of the vendor. No refund will be provided if vendors are refused for this reason.
Vendors who do not comply with these requirements will not be permitted to register for future Grafton Pride events.
